The Department of the Press, Education and Culture of the USA Embassy in Ukraine supports various information centres throughout Ukraine. Among them is the Kherson information centre "Window on America”, a department in the Kherson Regional Universal Scientific Library.The centre fund consists of a considerable collection of books, videos and CDs.

The information centre “Window on America” is a place for various activities with the purposeof encouragingexchange of ideasbetween Ukrainian and American people.

The mission of the centre is to promote understanding and cooperation between the USA and Ukraine.
