Simply about the Past

During English Grammar club meeting in Window on America Kherson this week the participants spoke about their past. Maria, club facilitator, suggested speaking about the events that had taken place and had already ended. Those who know English well have already understood that the topic of the meeting was Past Simple Tense. It is used to talk about something that started and finished at a definite time in the past. Our visitors wrote down questions on the papers (For example: What did you do during your last trip abroad? or Where were you when it last rained?), next they exchanged questions and answered them.
