The women's career club «Window to Success» at Window on America in Kherson is one of the ways to believe in you and find like-minded people. For several months, active women read Rania Anderson's book «Undeterred» and put her advice into practice. On Saturday, our visitors discussed the next «Focus» habit. Those present have already made their choice and know what they need to succeed. So they devoted most of the meeting to time management skills and creating plans to achieve the goal using SMART technology. This technique allows you to turn an unrealistic dream into a goal. The abbreviation SMART means that the goal must be Specific - Measurable - Attainable - Relevant - Time-bounded.
