What Are Teacher’s Responsibilities?

The next Sunday meeting of the Speaking club at Window on America in Kherson was devoted to an important topic of education and teaching. The visitors had the opportunity to compare educational systems in the United States and Ukraine. Even the word ‘teacher’ has differences in meaning. In Ukraine, we usually name 'teacher' someone who teaches at school. The same word in the United States means everyone who teaches, regardless of his education or certificates.
