International Anti-Corruption Day has been observed annually, on 9 December, since the passage of the United Nations Convention Against Corruption 2003.
December 17 the library’s “Window on America” weekly talk-club meeting was attended by 13 users. We had Speed English again and discussed corruption in Ukraine.
