Graffitti is an art or not?

Due to the rainy weather, our meeting was smaller than usual with about 16 people in attendance.  Kathreine, Peace Corps volunteer, had originally intended to discuss the US Educational System, but as a group we decided to talk about street art.  The presentation of different types of street art lasted about 25 minutes and then participants discussed where they can find street art in Kherson - and whether or not this should be considered art or graffitti or vandalism.  The group also discussed what is 'art'.  After  discussion, they did two speaking activities; the first of which was to have folks answer the question "If you were on a deserted island, what music, book and luxury item would you take with you."  The second activity involved giving advice - both good and 'bad' or dark.
