The Legend of Washington Irving at "English Anytime"

On April 3, at the meeting of the "English Anytime" club, we celebrated the birthday of the outstanding American writer Washington Irving. He is considered one of the fathers of American horror literature, and his famous story "The Legend of Sleeping Valley" gained worldwide popularity. During the meeting, we read interesting facts from his biography and discussed them.
Our meeting was informative and interesting, because we expanded our knowledge about Washington Irving and had another opportunity to speak English again, which is the main goal of our speaking club.
