Ukraine has to study English

January 14 the Kherson “Window on America” center was attended by foreign languages teachers having advanced training.Teachers were given much useful, interesting and various information as always. President Petro Poroshenko signed a decree on decaling 2016 the Year of English language in Ukraine. Teachers also were told about WOA plans for English language popularization.
