Storytelling in English

Storytelling is a popular way to develop imagination and creative thinking. Its use is effective when learning English; the members of the English Speaking club thus intensify their knowledge. During the next meeting, those present tried the game Creative Co-authorship.
Each participant wrote a few words on separate sheets of paper. Then Nina Kachmar, the club's facilitator, suggested the beginning of the story, which the visitors continued sentence by sentence. It was mandatory to use one of the words previously written and randomly chosen. The story, invented by joint efforts, was fascinating. The most important was that everyone spoke English, showed imagination, and enjoyed the creative task.
