01.06.2017 13:28June 1 the 10-th form pupils of the school №54 visited the Kherson WOA. Children listened about American and Ukrainian national parks, had some entertainment, tasks and natural history quiz. The winners were awarded by WOA caps and notepads.

Memorial Day
30.05.2017 05:42May 28 the library’s “Window on America” weekly talk-club meeting was attended by 11 users. Club members had a happy opportunity to talk to native speaker. He told much about Memorial Day observance in the USA. Then they were speaking about the situation in Ukraine and the war in Donbas.

Mother's Day
15.05.2017 10:57May 14 the library’s “Window on America” weekly talk-club meeting was attended by 11 users. In the United States Mother's Day is celebrated on the second Sunday of May. Club members talked about their mothers. Then they had some kind of Spelling Bee.

06.05.2017 06:06Tetyana Petruk one of the Kherson WOA users had online courses of media literacy in April 2017 and successfully completed them yesterday. She got the University of Pennsylvania certificate of media literacy. Our congratulations!
