Family Roles in Ukraine and the USA

The next meeting of the English Speaking Club at Window on America in Kherson was active and personal, although it was online. We talked about the roles we play in our families and our parents' families. Thanks to Tom Laughlin and Francisco Santillan, we could compare our experiences with other countries' experiences. We came to an unexpected conclusion: in our case, the responsibilities in the family depend more often on the generation, not on the country. If our parents mostly had a traditional family, then modern husbands and wives equally share family roles.
