2016 is the Year of English Language in Ukraine
19.01.2016 11:18A decree on declaring 2016 as the year of English language in Ukraine was signed by president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. The Kherson “Window on America” Center initiated free English studying in the city council for its staff. January 19 the first lesson took place.
