The Boy Who Cried Wolf

We read in English one of Aesop's fables during the next meeting of the online club Good Reads at Window on America in Kherson. Our young visitors learned several new words on the topic ‘Animals’ while reading about a shepherd who had suffered because of his lies. It is a good example of what can happen to a liar. Those present agreed with the moral of the fable: ‘Lying breaks trust — even if you’re telling the truth, no one believes a liar". We were pleased that all of the club members made their homework and studied one more tongue twister.
