Barrier-free communication in the digital environment

During the meeting of deputy directors for educational work, an online event was held dedicated to the topic of digital accessibility.

An employee of the Kherson Regional Universal Scientific Library named after Oles Honchar presented the “On the way to digital accessibility” presentation.

Participants learned how modern online tools contribute to creating an accessible environment for all users. The visitors discussed the fundamental principles of web accessibility, including the use of plain language and the importance of alternative text for images and subtitles in videos.

The event helped to raise awareness of the importance of barrier-free communication in the educational and cultural environment.
