Europe Day Quiz

For Europe Day, librarians from the Kherson regional library had a euroquiz “From Lisbon to Kyiv” in cooperation with the Kherson City Center for Professional Development of Teachers. Teachers and youth from the Kherson region joined the event.

In the quiz format, participants activated their knowledge of the European Union. The program consisted of five thematic rounds:

• EuroWOW: Is it true? - facts about the EU that had to be recognized as true or fake;
• EU Blitz - short questions about the history of the European Union and its institutions;
• FakeOut - revealing common fakes;
• Fact, but not quite - facts that need clarification;
• Lost Word - a task to complete quotes from famous European people.

The participants showed interest, demonstrated good awareness, and critical thinking. We thank everyone who joined the event.
